2653 to the production line in one paper mill, the possypine rotten pulp group in line 1# to 5th
paper machine and return pipes are disappeared and never appeared.
This indicates that PBC-2653 bactericide preservative agent not only has the effect of
removing microorganism in paper-making machine system but also has great inhibiting
action for microorganism. The lubricity degree of slushing wall shows that PBC-2653 has
the function of disperse and stripping for the system slime.
(2).The production log shows that inferior products caused by holes, splotch from corrosion
plasm distinctly has decreased. paper loss from preliminary figure reduced by 40%.Because of
non-malfunction in the experimentation period, especially the non-stop production of 160h
1#,2#,4# paper-making machine, there¡¯re no cleaning process in the work time.The total
outputs, finished products increaed greatly.
(3).Result analysis proved that PBC-2653 bactericide can destroy the compact structure of
bacterial aggregate to decrease the quantity of microorganism slime and rotten pulp group that
the unsteady bio-slime and the micro-organism in rotten pulp group are killed and inhibited.
This process not only controls the microorganism in paper machines, but also cleans the
