The temperature and PH of cooling water normally permit the micro-organism to
multiply. If there is no effective method to control the circumstances, the micro-organism
will continuously multiply causing slime to clog heat exchanger where corrosion occurs at
the slime deposit place to cause the shut-down of the equipment. Sometimes the algae
fall into water, the minor algae increase the turbidity of the cooling water but big pieces
probably clog the pipe. The breeding of micro-organism plays very bad role in the systems
that decreases the heat-transforming efficiency, increases the resistance of the flow, and
causes the corrosion forming. Meanwhile it also does harm to operators' health and safety.
Purally Water provides SHQ-11 series chemical agents to solve these problems caused
by micro-organism.
SHQ-1101 is an oxidizing bactericide with pungent odor. In water treatment, this product
is used as water purifying agent, disinfectant and deodorant.
SHQ-1102 is polyquaternary-amnonium-salt compounds non-oxidative industrial water
treatment agent with high sterilizing action for heterotrophic bacteria, ferric bacteria, and
sulfate-reducing bacteria in industrial recirculating cooling water system. This product is
also used for slime stripping.
SHQ-1103 isothiazolone bactericide is high efficiency, broad spectrum, low toxicity
and non-oxidative. This product has lasting sterilization effect with good bactericidal
performance in wide PH value and no bubbles.
Bactericide-algaecide SHQ-1104 is an efficient, broad spectrum, low-toxicity oxidative
bactericide which is composed of organic sulfur compounds and bromine compounds.
This product has no pollution or secondary pollution for water. SHQ-1104 features low
dosage, lasting bactericidal activity and convenient application.
SHQ-1105 is a cation, quaternary-ammonium-salt and non-oxidative biocide with the
advantage of high efficiency, low-toxicity and broad-spectrum. This product, not only has
application with non-ioncation surface activator and additive, but also simultaneously has
good corrosion inhibiting and slime stripping effect. Mainly application of SHQ-1105 is to
sterilize and kill algae in the industry recirculating cooling water and remove slime. In
addition, SHQ-1105 is also used as leveling agent, softening agent and antistatic agent of
polyacrylonitrile fiber and textiles, metal inhibitor, emulsifier of silicon oil and disinfector of
milk equipment in the food industries.
SHQ-1106 bactericide is broad spectrum non-oxidizing bactericide which is composed
of quaternary ammonium salts and other additives.This product features to kill bacteria
species in recirculating cooling water system as well as effecting on cleaning and
stripping.
SHQ-1107 is an efficient, safe and broad-spectrum oxidative bactericide which has
widely application in bleaching, sterilization fields. This product has the advantages of high
chlorine content, efficient sterilization bleaching, and convenient operation.
SHQ-1107 is compatible with water treating agent with lasting sterilization and no
bubble.
SHQ-1108 is efficient, broad-spectrum, low-toxicity sterilization and algae killing water
treatment agent with chlorine and bromine blending. Less dosage of SHQ-1108 inhibits the
growth of algae, fungus and bacteria in recirculating cooling water system and paper-
making water-consumption.
Bactericide-algaecide SHQ-1109 is a kind of non-oxidative bactericide, composed of
quaternary-ammonium-salt, aldehyde compounds and cation surface activator with the
advantages of efficiency, low-toxicity, broad-spectrum and convenient application,. It
functions slime stripping.
SHQ-1110 stable chlorinedioxide is an efficient and powerful disinfectant without
carcinogenic, teratogenicity and toxicity which is classified as A-level security disinfectant
by the World Health Organization (WHO).
SHQ-1110 efficiently kills general micro-organisms, spores and virus. In addition, SHQ-
1110 is uneasy volatile which can not act with ammonia, phenol and unsaturated
compounds. SHQ-1110 is widely application as bactericide-algaecide, drinking water
