Technology specification
The waste water passes through grid to the regulating
water tank, and then enters into bioreactor through the lift
pump, then the controller start to refill oxygen through the
fine bubble reactor. The yielding water from bioreactor will go through the circulating pump
and then enter into the membrane separation unit, the concentrated water goes back to
regulating water tank, and the membrane separated water to the storage reservoir after
disinfect process.
This integrative bioreactor has been adopted automotive control with following properties:
·Automotive controlling systems have been adopted in the whole process of
membrane bioreactor with less operation managing charge.
·When the water in bioreactor reaches the high water line, the lifting pump shut down,
while water line reaches the low water line, the lifting pump automatically works.
·Automatically turning on or turning off circulating pumps depends on the water line of
grey water storage basin.
·Over current and over loading protection are set on motors.
