There are two main kinds of sediments in industrial recirculating water system :one is
hard crystal shaped scale such as CaCO3 , CaSO4 or MgSiO3 etc, the other is soft
unshaped sundries such as sludge iron oxide, leakage property and the slim which is
caused by microorganism multiply. These sediments cause the problems of low heat
transforming efficiency or uneven heat transfer, non-planned stopping operation of factories,
corrosive equipment, increased transportation pressure drop height, power consumption
of pipeline, decreased corrosive inhibitor effect or decreased output. SHQ-6 series scale
inhibition and dispersion agent have been developed to solve above problems.
SHQ-601 is an acrylic acid and acrylic hydroxyalkylester binary copolymer which has
good dispersive property against scales such as the scales of calcium phosphate, CaCO3
and zinc phosphate.This product has been adopted in open recirculating cooling water
system as scale preventing agent.
SHQ-602 is water soluble copolymer including carboxyl, phosphonic acid group,
sulfonic group which has great inhibiting scale ability for removing the scales of Ca3(PO4)2,
CaCO3 as well as good stabilization effect for zinc and ferric.SHQ-602 has wonderful
dispersive property for suspended matter.SHQ-602 has application in recirculating cooling
water system and oil-field watering system for antiscale and dispersion treatment.
SHQ-603, with great effect on preventing scale of calcium carbonate and calcium
sulfate, overcomes the present technical shortcomings by controlling the aggradations
in water treatment system and has great inhibition effect on silicon scale deposition and
as a stabilizer of chlorine dioxide fungicide and ferric oxide. |
