Metal corrosion is a phenomenon of metal damage caused by chemical or
electrochemical reaction. The corrosion is mainly caused by oxygen. The cooling water
and air in cooling water tower closely contact (dissolved oxygen in water is up to
8～10 ppm ) easily to cause corrosion. Changing the system's operating conditions has
been widely applied to corrosion controlling. Adding corrosion inhibitor to water
system is a simple and effect method. Purally Water has high effective treatment scheme
for the abundant experience and advanced technology in this field.
SHQ-501 is composed of additives, such as phosphonic compounds, excellent
copolymers and auxiliary agents, which is an all-organic alkaline water treatment agent.
SHQ-501 does not contain heavy metals and inorganic phosphates with excellent inhibitor
performance. This product is suitable for operation in high temperature, high alkali and high
PH water environment.
SHQ-502 is mainly composed of high-effective copolymers of sulphate, organic
phosphonic compounds and auxiliary agents which show excellent resistance capacity of
calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate scale and excellent Fe2O3 dispersing performance,
as well as the stability of zinc ions and organic phosphine.SHQ-502 expands the
permissible boundary of water quality.
It is suitable for operation in high pH, hardness and cycles of concentration
environment which is also applicable to various water quality of circulating water
plants in coastal and inland areas.
SHQ-503 is mainly composed of high-effective copolymers of sulphate, organic
phosphinic compounds and auxiliary agents which has great ability of scale removing for
calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate as well as good stabilization effect for zinc
and ferric.
SHQ-503 has wonderful dispersive property for suspended matter whose scaling
inhibition using edge extends to Ca2++M, alkali (≤1200 mg/L)（by CaCO3）. Especially,
SHQ-503 has successful application in high scale-forming ions of make-up water and
high concentration rate in recirculating cooling water system.
SHQ-504 is composed of zincates, new-type ether-bonding organic phosphine,
sulphonates copolymers which has the advantages of excellent inhibition performance,
rapid film forming, good supplement film effect, good protection for copper equipment,
stable effect on zincates salts.SHQ-504 is applicable to softer water quality and low
cycles of concentration operation.
SHQ-505 is a kind of compound organic phosphinic water treatment agent with
double ability to scale and corrosion inhibiting which is suitable for recycling water
chemical treatment in open recirculating water system and central air-condition cooler
units.SHQ-505 has good protective effect on inhibiting carbon steel and copper tube
with convenient management and no acid to adjust ph value.SHQ-505 is especially
suitable for middle-small size recirculating water field and central air-conditions.
SHQ-506 consists of sulfonate polybasic copolymer, organic phosphonate, organic
phosphonic acid chemical compounds and auxiliary agents with good performance of
removing calcium phosphate scale and CaCO3 scale, good corrosion effect and
stabilization for zinc ion and ferric ion which is suitable for the recirculating cooling water
system with high strength scale-forming ions and high multiple concentration.
SHQ-507 is compound phosphate formation which consists of organic phosphinic,
polymer and copper corrosion inhibitor.With good anticorrosion and anti fouling, SHQ-507
is suitable for open recirculating cooling system in low alkalinity or low cycles
concentration condition which is unnecessary to add acid to adjust ph value.SHQ-507 still
has good scale removing and corrosion effect on the condition that the alkalinity of
recirculating water is less than 100 mg/L.
SHQ-508 mainly consists of PAPEMP、POCA、other organic phosphinic compound
and additives which has great ability of scale removing for Ca3(PO4)2, CaCO3, and good
stabilization effect on zinc and ferric.SHQ-508 has wonderful dispersive property for
suspended matter whose scaling inhibition using edge extends to Ca2++M, alkali (≤
1400mg/L)(by CaCO3).Especially, SHQ-508 has successful application in high scale-
forming ions of make-up water and high concentration rate in recirculating cooling water
system.
